Home remedies to control Bloating:

Avoid taking too much of carbonated drinks that has high fructose in it. Eat slowly and chew the food you eat. Avoid foods like spicy and fried foods, foods that contain high sugar that induces gas formation in the stomach. Manage the constipation problem by taking plenty of water and fiber rich food.
A number of homemade treatments are available for treating bloating sensation.

  1. Ginger tea is an excellent remedy for gas and bloating. You can also include ginger in your daily food to avoid gas.
  2. Aloe Vera juice with coriander leaves is useful to control bloating. Prepare a decoction of fennel seeds which is capable of relaxing the muscles in digestive system.
  3. Include parsley in your diet that is very effective in preventing gas formation. Avoid foods like cauliflower, cabbage, beans and milk products from your food. Reduce intake of spicy foods that is likely to produce more gas content in the stomach.
  4. Garlic is yet another powerful remedy to relive gas and control it. Eat fresh pieces of garlic in empty stomach which will reduce gas formation.
  5. The tea prepared from dandelion weed is also excellent in relieving gas problem. You can also add these weed as a dried spices in your meal if you want.
  6. Fruits containing probiotic like pineapple is excellent in solving most of the stomach problems including bloating. Probiotics refill the good bacteria inside our stomach and keep our colon healthy and peoper working condition.
  7. You can take a glass of water with 2 drops of peppermint oil in it to get relief from bloating.
