Default Effect of smoking on Pregnant Women
I am pregnant woman and carrying a 4 month baby in my womb. I have a bad habit of smoking but I think it may be harmful for the baby inside me. I want to know what are the problems I may face regarding my baby due to smoking

Studies say that sm,oking is very dangerous for a pregnant woman. It is observed that the women who smoke usually give birth to a child with less weight and size.

It is also said that smoking during pregnancy causes adverse effect on the intellectual development of the baby. In a study it was found the the children whose mother not smoke have 21 Point high IQ than the children of mother who smoke

Smking increase the amount of carbon mono oxide in the blood which cause less amount of oxygen available for your baby. So avoid smoking during pregnancy

Smoking will put your baby at a high risk of diseases and health problems so the women who are pregnant should refrain from smoking during these period

Smoke reduces the oxygen availabilty to the baby in blood and nicotine increases the heart rate of baby, both of which are very dangerous for the development of baby

Please, for the love of mercy, do not smoke while you are pregnant. If you smoke, your unborn child smokes too. What ever you eat, your child gets it too. Please refrain from smoking just until you are able to again. Do your best to protect your child.
