Severe pain in abdominal in both side

I am having severe pain in both side of my stomach many times in last 3 months. I checked with local doctor and he have me some aci reflux reducing tablets but it did not work. I then again approached to the doctor this time he gave me paracetamol to reduce pain but I am very worried why I am getting this severe pain. Please suggest me some advise and probable cause of the pain.

If the pain is in the right side of your abdomain then please get your apendix checked.

I will advise you to get your problem checked with some professional doctor before the problem get worsen. Also check your intestine for parasites as they may casue abdminal pain.
