Default White Spot on tonsils
Hi friends,
I have developed some white spots on my tonsils. I went to the doctor, but he told me that it is the food struck in the muscus. But for me it more looks like pus. Though I gargled and clean my mouth fairly, it is still there. It is also causing pain. Please help me what to do?

White spots on the tonsils denotes that you might be suffering from tonsillitis. But in this case, there is lot of pain while swallowing anything especially solid material.

You should checkup with another doctor especially and ENT speciallist.
If it is tonsillitis, you may take antibiotics to treat the problem but it works only when the tonsillitis has been developed due to bacteria.

I also had the same problem two months back and it was pus not the food stuck. I used to get gargle with warm water mixed with common salt. I also take medicines prescribed by my doctor
