Hey...
Guys i just want to ask one question which sport do you think is best one for the purpose of fitness...?

I think Football,Hockey,Rugby is good sports for fitness because in these all sports you have to run continuously and running is the best exercise to keep yourself fit and healthy.
All these game helps you to loose your weight.

Just my opinion, football is the best fitness game, because in this game, you have to be active all the time and can not rest, even a second. More importantly, you must play strategy in order to play.

Hi Albert,
I found swimming best exercise as swimming is a great calorie burner exercise.
Swimming strengthens our heart and lungs and improves muscle strength.

I wanna know that what kinda enery drink you would like ? or you drink most ? i like Xs energy drinks,
They use B Vitamins as their major source of energy,
They have zero sugar, zero carb, and caffeine levels of a cup of coffee....

Sports are helpful to maintain to lose the fat.
Football is really helpful to maintain the health theses days of games.

Sports can be a great way to get in shape or stay that way. Having a specific goal can be a great motivator. Physically, you need strength and endurance. Your training will vary with your sport.

Yes, I also agree with the fact that sports is good fitness. I think we all know that its important to exercise regularly for a well maintained and healthy body. And, if you don't want to exercise regularly then you can play some sports like Football or Basketball.

According to me Football, Wally-ball, Basket ball are the best games regarding to fitness and if you don't believe me then try it.
