Yes, protein rich foods are good for weight gain but you should also include grains, nuts, vegetables and fruits. Exercise, good sleep, and proper diet can help you gain weight. Eat egg whites only, for the yellow has more calories in them. about 6 eggwhites a day should be good. Don't eat too much carbohydrate rich foods. You have to eat a balanced diet. Hydrate often.

Multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good for weight gain. But make sure you are getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals taht you need. Some people considered that their muscle mass increases with the help of protein supplements that contain certain blends of amino acids, such as creatine and glutamine.

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator To gain 1 pound per week, eat 500 calories more than you're burning. To gain 2 pounds per week, double it and eat 1,000 calories more than you're burning everyday. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you also have to stimulate them with enough through resistance training that when they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
Hope this will help you!!

It’s very difficult to find a good food to gain weight that's nutritious for fewer than 2 bucks. You cannot even buy a Happy Meal for fewer than low budget and Happy Meals are loaded with fat! So pick and choose from the list of foods above and make them the foundation of your weight gain program. If you'd like to learn more about some of the foods use can eat to gain weight, one of the best nutrition programs I've read comes from supplement and nutrition guru Will Brink. His nutrition program below talks both about food to gain weight and supplements you can use as well. Check out for more info!!!!!!!!!!!!
