Calories are important in our body. It is being converted to energy for you to use. Weight gain diet is the type of diet that makes the intake of the every day calories two times the amount of the normal intake to be able to give out what the body is demanding & that is the energy.

Heavy eat is the essential for gaining weight.
use heavy breakfast like 2 slides of bread, 2 eggs, glass of milk.
take proper rest.
don't take over burden.
use oily items
