Is it Bronchitis or Cold

Two days ago I had common cold. I have cough and headache. But new symptoms are coming like cough is becomining very irritating and chest started to sore. Is it symptoms of cold or some serious problem like Bronchitis?

I also had the same case which I thought to be a cold but actually it was Bronchitis. The symptoms of Bronchitis matches with cold but at a serious level. Don't wait and seek some doctor help

If you had soreness and feeling of constriction in my chest, congestion and breathlessness. Then there is a great chance that you have developed Bronchitis. In such case go and get it checked immediatly because it could be serious later
