Default Got sunburn and in pain
This weekend I went outside and got really bad sunburn. Earlier I never develop any sunburn. My skin is red and I am in pain. Please help

You should avoid going in sun without sunscreen. Last year when I went to beach, I wore extra suncreen with 30SPF but at the end of day I had blisters all over my back and neck. I just waited and in few days it was gone but it was really tough time for me
