Everyone longs for good skin free from inflammation, acne and wrinkles. Being the largest organ of our body, the adage “you are what you eat” applies on skin. Your diet plays a key role to make your skin healthy and beautiful, and at the same time,  it may cause many skin disorders. Exercise is also highly beneficial in achieving glowing and healthy skin.

Vitamins for good Skin:

Vitamins is essential for keeping the skin away from skin disorders. Vitamin A and B are particularly crucial Vitamins for skin. Dry and rough skin with whiteheads and blackheads points to deficiency of Vitamin A. If your body lacks Vitamin B6 you may end up in skin disorders like dermatitis or eczema. If your skin is pale looking you may be suffering from anemia or low hemoglobin. Same can be treated by incorporating Iron, Vitamin B12 and folic acid rich foods in your diet. Vitamin B1 and Vitamin C increase the blood circulation thus aids in supplying the necessary ingredients to skin. Vitamin B2 and Niacin deficiency can leave brown pigmentation on skin.

Exercise For good skin:

The exercise that you need for good skin is cardiovascular exercises. These exercises include jogging, walking, cycling, and swimming. These exercise increase oxygen rich blood circulation in the body and supply oxygen and essential ingredient to skin. This makes the skin look flushed, healthy and radiant. Group exercises like aerobic classes or dancing not only keep the body fit but also make your skin beautiful and sexy.

Foods for good skin:

Foods those are suitable for health also do wonders with skin. Fried, oily, sweet and processed foods are not appropriate for skin. Inclusion of fruits like orange, grapes, carrots, apple, and papaya make you look fresh. Drink plenty of water each day as it helps in flushing out toxins from the body at the same time it moisturizes skin from the inside. Green vegetables and salad must be a part of your daily diet. Whole-grain breads, cereals, rice, pasta, fruits, green vegetables, low fat dairy product, low fat meat and fish are recommended diet for skin. Avoid eating food with excess sugar as it is considered as a main cause of premature aging.

Digestion and good skin:

Always remember that healthy skin is a reflection of proper digestion. Most of the people found suffering from skin disease like acne and rosacea, also found suffering from digestive problems like constipation. You need to drink plenty of water, and include fiber-rich food in your diet to improve your digestive system.
