Constipation is a common problem that most of us struggle with somewhere in our life. It is extremely frustrating and uncomfortable, when you want to move your bowl, but nothing comes out.   1. One of the causes of the constipation is low intake of fluids. So the most effective home remedy for constipation is to take 6-8 glasses of water daily. Starting your day with 2-3 glasses of water helps a lot in curing the constipation.

  2. Take two tablespoon molasses in the night before going to sleep. You can also use it with milk if you like. You will see the result next morning.
  3. Fruits like mango and guava are extremely effective in constipation. Consuming a mango or guava daily keeps constipation away. You should consume guava with its seeds for better results.
  4. Cabbage juice is also considered a legitimate home remedy for constipation. Take half cup of cabbage juice two times in a day to treat constipation.
  5. Dissolve ΒΌ teaspoon of Epsom salt to 1/2 a glass of water. Drink this mixture to treat constipation.
  6. Drinking orange juice early in the morning with an empty stomach or before going to bed at the night is also useful in constipation.
  7. One glass of apple juice before going to bed is highly effective treatment for constipation.
  8. Drinking hot water with lime with a pinch of salt in the morning is an excellent way to eliminate constipation. It gives remarkably fast results.
  9. Drink Equal volume of carrot juice and spinach juice before going to bed.
  10. It is also seen that drinking water early in the morning, which was kept in a copper bowl overnight, is very effective in treatment of constipation.

My 3 year daughter has constipation problem. Igive her medicine but want to avoid it as i know it is not good for her. I want some natural tip that can help her without any side-effect. Please help

The natural tip to avoid constipation involves dietery changes which include more fiber and juice. You should stop feeding her meat and give her fresh juice and veggie. Also ask her to drink more water. Soopn she will overcome her constipation problem

Constipation is a common problem in kids that arises from wrong habit. Usually kid avoid going to toilet because of their fun activities. This makes the stool hard and next time when they go, they feel it very hard and painful. This causes fear of going toilet in children and this make their constipation worse. This cycle goes on. @Griselda, please ensure that your daughter is not developed constipation because of this. Make her poo two times in a day daily.
