Well first of all I am in the nutrition field and I promote health via my company at http://www.berkeyshop.com. A good way to relax the eyes without using drugs, first of all close them, to relax the muscles, warm cloth or bladder on the forehead will work, or immerse your self under water in a hot bath, cayenne pepper is also good for it dialates the blood. Rubbing peppermint oil or some such on the temples works, if oyu know acupuncture, place three needles each in the eye brows in a row and one in the yin ton point.
