The oranges are grown all over the world and people love for its juicy pulp. Orange peels contain hespetidin, a compound known for its antioxidant properties. It is also found in orange pulp but in much lower amount. Hespetidine helps in lowering the cholesterol level of the body and maintain the blood pressure.

Vitamins and Minerals:

I'm glad there are more things that can be done with orange peels besides eating them, because I can't stand the taste - it's so bitter!! But I think I could handle the tea, and I'm definitely going to try putting some in my tub the next time I take a bath! :)
